Beyond Magical Travel is a travel business operated by A.C.N. 697 822 487 Pty Ltd. We care about your privacy as much as your holiday, and we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you add it, the kind of trip you have in mind, and your message. If you email or call us, we keep what you share in that conversation too.

If you go on to book with us, we will ask for the details needed to make your booking, such as the names and dates of birth of the people travelling. We only ask for what the booking genuinely needs.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and plan your trip with you.
• To make and manage bookings you ask us to make.
• To keep the records a business is required to keep.

We will not send you marketing unless you ask for it, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the services that help us run this website and our email, and, once you book, with the travel providers your trip depends on:

• Vercel hosts this website.
• Resend delivers enquiries from the website to our inbox.
• Microsoft 365 is our email provider.
• Travel providers such as Disney, cruise lines, hotels and airlines receive what they need to confirm your booking, and only once you ask us to book.

Some of these services store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and Japan. We choose providers with strong security practices.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running. Some page content loads from our content service, Supabase, which sees the same kind of technical request.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to help you and to meet our legal obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Seeing, correcting or removing your details

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Just send us a message through our enquiry form.

Questions or concerns

If you have a question or a complaint about how we have handled your information, please get in touch through our enquiry form and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
